WHAT DISTANCE SHOULD I ALREADY BE RUNNING BEFORE I START TRAINING FOR AN ULTRA?

The training is typically geared towards those that have already run moderate distances (between 13 to 26 miles) and have a desire to compete in race distances ranging from 31 to 100 miles.

WHAT DISTANCES WILL MY TRAINING RUNS CONSIST OF?

Your training runs will methodically build on your current mileage, where consistency is more important than heavy mileage.  Your plans can be customized to fit your life and your abilities.

WHY SHOULD I CHOOSE YOU AS MY COACH?

My focus is not towards elite runners, but rather the type of runner that works full time, has a family and/or other life obligations.  I believe most any runner could be a successful ultra distance runner with the right coaching, planning and guidance.
